Does the 180-day window cover subscriptions?
Yes. The guarantee applies per shipment. The counter restarts on every renewal you do not cancel within 24 hours of billing. Past shipments can also be refunded if the bottle is unopened and within 180 days.
Can I keep the bottle and still get refunded?
The prepaid return label is the standard path. If shipping back is not feasible (damaged packaging, international return fees exceed the refund), reply to the support thread and we close the refund without a return on a case by case basis.
What about orders outside the 180-day window?
We review every case manually. Unopened bottles within twelve months of the order date are eligible for a full refund at our discretion. Opened bottles past 180 days are not refundable.
Chargebacks and card disputes
Email support first. The refund usually lands in your account faster than the dispute cycle (7 business days vs 45 to 90). If we have not replied within two business days, escalate via your card provider.
