Tracked shipping, predictable windows.

Orders leave our Delaware facility within 48 hours. Every shipment is insured, tracked end-to-end, and routed through tier-1 carriers.

Step 01

Processing

Orders placed before 2 pm EST ship the same business day. All others within 48 hours. Weekends and US federal holidays excluded.

Step 02

Transit

US domestic: 2 to 5 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. EU + UK: 5 to 8 business days via DHL Express with customs clearance handled on our end.

Step 03

Delivery

Tracking number sent by email at pickup. If the package does not move for 5 business days after pickup, we file the claim with the carrier and reship at no cost.

Duties, taxes, and customs
US shipments are tax-inclusive. For EU and UK, duties and VAT are collected at checkout under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning no surprise fees at the door. Canadian shipments follow the carrier's standard DDU process.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If tracking stops updating for 5 business days after pickup, email support with the order number. We open the carrier claim and ship a replacement at no cost. Damaged packages are reshipped within 24 hours of a photo confirmation.
Address change after order placed
We can update the shipping address until the label is printed. Email support within one hour of ordering. After pickup, the carrier handles reroutes directly through their tracking portal.
Subscription renewals
Renewals ship on the same day of each cycle. The charge notification email contains the tracking number 48 hours after billing. To pause, skip, or cancel, use your dashboard or email support. No fees, no friction.
